Job Description:

The role involves the use of various software systems, including CRM and Microsoft Excel, to manage property-related tasks. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, and your primary responsibilities will include everything from lease administration to customer service. This is a short-term contract employment opportunity.

Job Responsibility:

Utilizing proprietary software systems for property management tasks
Processing and managing customer credit applications
Maintaining up-to-date and accurate customer credit records
Resolving customer inquiries and issues
Overseeing customer accounts
Managing property-related tasks using Accounting Software Systems and JD Edwards EnterpriseOne
Assisting with leasing consultant duties
Training on the use of IBS proprietary software
Ensuring smooth communication and relationship management with tenants
Utilizing Microsoft Excel for data management and report generation

Requirements:

Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
Experience with CRM tools
Familiarity with Management Systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Prior experience as a Leasing Consultant
Experience in Property Management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
High level of attention to detail
Demonstrated problem-solving abilities
Knowledge of property laws and regulations is beneficial
Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field is preferred
