Job Description:

Join Our Team as a Property Administrator - 12 Month Contract! This is a full-time, 12-month fixed-term contract where you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Commercial Property Management team. Your contributions will help ensure the smooth running of office operations, making you an integral part of the company's success!

Job Responsibility:

Assist with the day-to-day operations of the Commercial department
Serve as the primary contact for tenants and contractors, addressing queries with ease
Raise tickets and job orders for repairs and oversee their completion
Collaborate with various departments, including lettings, residential, and legal
Manage Purchase Orders (POs) for commercial repairs and ensure timely processing
Oversee health and safety compliance, including audits and site visits
Handle invoicing by liaising with the accounts department and managing contractor invoices
Maintain key management and diary organisation for the team

Requirements:

Prior experience in a similar administrator role
Experience in property management (residential or commercial) is highly desirable
Knowledge of general repairs, maintenance, and health and safety regulations
