Job Description:

We are looking for a Property Administrator to join our client's professional and friendly team in Islington, London on a 12-month fixed-term contract. Our client is a leading property investment firm managing an extensive portfolio of over 800 commercial and residential properties across England, Scotland, and Wales.

Job Responsibility:

Raise and manage Purchase Orders (POs) for property repairs and maintenance, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
Liaise with tenants and contractors, acting as the first point of contact for queries and maintenance requests
Track and oversee repairs, ensuring jobs are completed to a high standard
Manage invoices and collaborate with the accounts team to ensure timely payments
Handle utility bills, ensuring accurate processing and cost allocation
Ensure health & safety compliance, coordinating site visits and audits
Maintain key records and assist with scheduling inspections and team meetings

Requirements:

Commercial property experience
Proven experience managing Purchase Orders (POs) and utility bills
Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
Excellent communication skills - confident in liaising with tenants, contractors, and internal teams
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and ability to pick up internal systems quickly
A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment

What we offer:

Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum (DOE)
Location: Just a 3-minute walk from Angel Station
