Job Description:

We are partnering with an established organization in the sector of affordable housing, committed to providing high quality, affordable, and accessible homes to individuals and families in need.

Job Responsibility:

Show, lease, and move in prospective residents in a friendly and professional manner
Accurately and timely process resident applications
Maintain updated knowledge of property amenities and community offerings
Assist in the preparation and distribution of marketing materials
Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents to enhance resident retention
Ensure compliance with Housing Laws and Policies regarding occupancy at all times
Maintain accurate records of prospective and current tenants, as well as rental rates and collection of rent
Exceed the customer service expectations of our residents and prospective residents

Requirements:

1+ year of leasing or customer service experience preferred
Familiarity with Fair Housing laws and experience in affordable housing is a plus
Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with residents, staff, and guests
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to understand and explain leasing documentation
Strong sales skills, particularly in presenting and demonstrating a product, and closing the sale

Nice to have:

Familiarity with Fair Housing laws and experience in affordable housing
