Job Description:

A well-established real estate company in Woodbridge, NJ, is seeking a Property Controller to join its growing team. This new role has been created due to the acquisition of several new commercial and industrial properties.

Job Responsibility:

Collaborate with management to support decision-making and property acquisitions
Oversee financial reporting and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
Manage accounting processes for a commercial and industrial real estate portfolio
Supervise a team of accountants across all accounting functions, including budgeting, CAM reconciliations, and special projects

Requirements:

Expertise in accounting for commercial or industrial real estate properties
Strong supervisory experience within a real estate accounting context
Experience with CAM (Common Area Maintenance) reconciliations and budgeting is essential
Excellent organizational and leadership skills to manage multiple priorities efficiently
