Job Description:

The job involves overseeing property and facility management to maintain and optimize value, handling tenant management tasks, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing daily operations, and supervising property-related projects. The role requires strong communication and leadership skills while fostering a proactive mindset.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee day-to-day property and facility management to maintain property value, optimize rental yield, and enhance asset value
Manage daily operations, maintenance, and administration, including preparing maintenance schedules, supervising the maintenance team, obtaining quotations, and coordinating with contractors
Handle property rentals by sourcing and screening tenants, liaising with agents, reviewing tenancy agreements, negotiating terms, collecting rent, and conducting market valuation and rental rate surveys
Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations by managing service agreements and handling permit and license applications/renewals with local authorities
Maintain accurate records, including floor plans, service contracts, equipment maintenance logs, and contact details for tenants, residents, contractors, and consultants
Supervise building renovations and repair projects to ensure timely completion within budget and specifications
Address tenant complaints and requests with effective solutions

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Estate Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
3-5 years of relevant experience in the property industry
Experience in tenant management, tenancy renewal, rental collection, and contractor liaison is an added advantage
Self-motivated, ambitious, and assertive with a proactive mindset
Strong communication and leadership skills
