Are you an experienced Property Litigation Solicitor looking for your next challenge? Our client, a highly regarded firm in St Albans, is seeking a skilled solicitor to lead and develop their property litigation department. Job Responsibility:

Handle a broad range of property litigation matters
Leasehold enfranchisement
Adverse possession and prescriptive rights
Managing and supervising junior team members
Driving business development and growing the department

Requirements:

Minimum 7 years’ experience in property litigation
Proven ability in business development and growing a department
Strong experience in managing and supervising people
Commercially astute, with a client-focused approach
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Confident in building and maintaining client relationships
Creative problem solver with a proactive approach
Strong IT skills and a professional presence
