Job Description:

A leading and forward-thinking law firm is seeking a Property Litigation Solicitor to join its specialist property disputes team. This is an exciting opportunity to manage a diverse and high-quality caseload, working with a well-established client base and benefiting from the firm’s significant investment in business development and cutting-edge technology.

Job Responsibility:

Handling a varied caseload of land and property litigation matters, including: Trespass
Nuisance claims
Boundary disputes
Adverse possession cases
Landlord and tenant disputes
Managing cases efficiently using the firm’s latest case management software and technology
Working with a supportive team, including dedicated paralegal assistance
Engaging in business development activities, contributing to the firm’s continued growth and reputation
Liaising with clients, courts, barristers, and other professionals, ensuring high-quality legal advice and representation

Requirements:

A qualified solicitor with experience in property litigation
Proven ability to work within tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Experience handling complex litigation cases, working with court deadlines under pressure
Strong client-facing skills, with a professional and adaptable approach
Experience using case management systems and a willingness to embrace new legal technology
