Job Responsibility:

Advising landlords, tenants, and property owners on a range of landlord and tenant disputes, including leasehold disputes, possession proceedings, rent arrears, and dilapidations claims
Representing clients in court and tribunals, ensuring high-quality representation and advocacy
Handling a caseload of complex property litigation matters, providing clear and practical advice
Collaborating with other departments to support clients on related property issues, including planning and development disputes
Building and maintaining strong client relationships, offering exceptional service and commercial insight
Keeping up to date with developments in property law, ensuring you provide top-tier legal counsel

Requirements:

Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 4 years’ PQE
Experience in property litigation, with a strong focus on landlord and tenant issues
Excellent technical ability, with a thorough understanding of relevant legislation and case law
Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and colleagues
Proven ability to manage a caseload efficiently, working both independently and as part of a team
A proactive approach to business development and a desire to further develop your career within a leading firm
