We are in search of a Property Manager to join our team in the Real Estate & Property industry located in West Palm Beach, Florida. As a Property Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of a commercial property, handle financial aspects, and ensure tenant satisfaction. This role offers an exciting opportunity for someone who can handle lease administration, construction coordination, and financial oversight.
Job Responsibility:
Oversee the daily operations of a commercial property, ensuring efficient and smooth operations
Address complex tenant concerns promptly to maintain high levels of tenant satisfaction
Handle lease administration and lease abstraction, including new lease negotiations and renewals
Attend and participate in construction meetings, coordinating building projects as required
Manage property accounting, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure financial stability
Support capital projects and building improvements, contributing to the strategic planning for the property
Utilize CRM and ADP - Financial Services tools for property management accounting
Manage commercial leasing activities and maintain accurate tenant leases records
Implement strategies for tenant retention and handle challenging tenant situations effectively
Assist with administrative tasks as needed, maintaining organized and accurate records.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years experience in a Property Manager role within the Real Estate & Property industry
Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services is necessary for managing financial aspects of property management
Experience with CRM systems is essential for effective customer relationship management
Ability to handle Answering Inbound Calls professionally and efficiently
Knowledge of Property Management Accounting to ensure accurate financial reporting and budgeting
Prior experience working in or with a Property Management Company is required
Expertise in Commercial Property Management to ensure smooth operations of commercial properties
Familiarity with Commercial Leasing is needed to negotiate and manage commercial leases effectively
Ability to perform Lease Abstracts to summarize key points of leases for easy reference
Experience managing Tenant Leases to ensure all leases are up-to-date and compliant with property management standards
Proven track record in Tenant Retention to maintain a high occupancy rate and ensure tenant satisfaction.
