Job Description:

The Property Manager will oversee operations for assigned properties, ensuring tenant satisfaction, compliance, and financial success. Responsibilities include lease management, vendor coordination, budget preparation, and market analysis to attract tenants.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee the day-to-day management of assigned properties, including inspections, facility maintenance, and compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, handling inquiries, complaints, and requests
Manage lease agreements, renewals, and lease termination processes
Prepare and manage property budgets, process rent payments, monitor delinquencies, and oversee accounts payable/receivable
Coordinate contracts and maintain relationships with service providers, contractors, and suppliers
Monitor market trends to set competitive rental rates and develop strategies to attract tenants
Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company policies.

Requirements:

Proven experience in property management (residential or commercial)
Strong understanding of financial concepts related to property budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in property management software (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio, or comparable tools)
Knowledge of applicable property laws and regulations
Real estate license or property management certification (preferred but not required)
Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, or a related field (preferred).
