Job Description:

The selected individual will be part of a team involved in public accounting, working in a fast-paced environment. The role will require the use of software like QuickBooks and CCH Prosystem for the processing and planning of tax compliance.

Job Responsibility:

Utilize software like QuickBooks and CCH Prosystem for tax planning and compliance
Handle tax-related matters for high-net-worth individuals
Manage partnership tax returns
Ensure accurate processing and maintaining of E1040 tax forms
Engage in public accounting tax processes
Maintain current knowledge and understanding of CPA licensing requirements
Prepare and manage tax compliance for partnerships
Act as an IRS Enrolled Agent when necessary
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of CPA Exam eligibility and tracking
Take appropriate action on customer inquiries and monitor accounts

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in public accounting tax
Proficiency in QuickBooks and CCH Prosystem software
Experience with CCH ProSystem fx - Tax Compliance
Familiarity with CCH ProSystem fx - Tax Planning
Proven ability to work with high-net-worth individuals
Experience in Partnership Tax and Partnership Tax Returns
Knowledge of Tax - Partnership
Familiarity with E1040 tax form
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or CPA eligible
Experience in preparing for the CPA Exam or currently on the CPA Track
Possession of a current CPA License
IRS Enrolled Agent certification is a plus
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
