Job Description:

The Purchase Associate will handle receiving, processing, and tracking deliveries, ensuring inventory accuracy, and maintaining a secure receiving room. The role involves communication with guests, adherence to safety protocols, and performing physical tasks such as lifting and moving objects.

Job Responsibility:

Receive, unload, and process deliveries
Stage merchandise by department
Verify and track received inventory
Reconcile shipping invoices and receiving reports
Secure the receiving room and its contents
Follow hazardous material shipping guidelines
Ship out-going mail and packages
Communicate with guests regarding received packages
Maintain accurate tracking system
Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions
Follow company policies and procedures
Address guests' service needs
Develop and maintain positive working relationships
Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds
Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
No related work experience
No supervisory experience
No license or certification required
