Job Description:

Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to join a leading interior design company? Our client, a dynamic organisation in the industry, is seeking a talented Purchase Ledger Assistant to join their team on a Permanent basis. With a reputation for delivering exceptional workplace solutions, they are at the forefront of their field.

Job Responsibility:

Process purchase invoices and credit notes accurately and in a timely manner
Match invoices to purchase orders and resolve any discrepancies
Prepare payment runs and reconcile supplier statements
Assist with month-end procedures and help in producing financial reports
Support the wider finance team with ad-hoc tasks as required

Requirements:

Must have C I S Experience
Any Construction Experience is highly desirable
Experience working in a similar finance role, ideally with purchase ledger responsibilities
Able to work under pressure and with a high volume of invoices
Strong numerical skills and a keen eye for detail
Proficiency in using financial software and Microsoft Excel
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Nice to have:

Any Construction Experience is highly desirable
