Job Description:

Purchasing Business Analyst enables business teams to take business development to next level, utilizing core roles strengths and focusing efforts. Critical in knowledge sharing, combining analytics with business understanding to create insights, analyzing complex challenges by using data sources to provide clear insights, identify opportunities, improvements, cost savings, process efficiencies, and performance optimization

Job Responsibility:

KPI/APL Follow up
analyzing and highlighting deviations
aggregating team results
securing a consistent foundation
gather
process
compile and analyze data
supporting the creation/execution/follow up of action planning
supplier development process
purchasing development process
business contingency planning
RFQs or other processes
identify relevant data sources
verify data accuracy
source missing information
organize data in usable formats
support and guide teams in addressing business issues or opportunities through data-analysis

Requirements:

make fact-based recommendations
value in enabling fact-based decision making
great communication skills
stakeholder management
deep understanding in Purchase Development processes
comprehensive understanding of roles and responsibilities in the Business Team
good knowledge of Sales planning
Supply planning
Capacity planning and interdependencies
excellent knowledge and experience of tools/applications such as Excel
Power BI
desire to develop business capabilities
identify business opportunities
find better ways and enable change
fluency in English, both written and spoken
comfortable in presenting and engaging with stakeholders at all levels
