Job Description:

Montrose Software helps one of the largest North American banks to enhance and maintain its financial libraries and applications. The bank serves 17 million clients worldwide with over 86,000 employees and provides personal and commercial banking, wealth management, insurance, investor services, and capital markets products and services globally. We’re the members of the client’s structured rates products team which is responsible for development of the analytics services supporting pricing of financial instruments in the different services across the bank as well as in our’s team web based applications.

Job Responsibility:

Development of the analytics services supporting pricing of financial instruments in the different services across the bank as well as in our’s team web based applications
Python analytical library serving as proxy to an advanced financial calculation engine as well as employing some degree of business logic by itself
Falcon based REST APIs that are building blocks of our multi-service environment

Requirements:

Excellent knowledge of Python programming language
AWS
Familiarity with C++
Ability to use Git or SVN version control system
Unit testing skills
Knowledge of Javascript / React
Fluent in spoken and written English

Nice to have:

Experience in a quantitative finance environment
Docker / Kubernetes / ansible knowledge
Experience in Linux/Windows management
