Job Description:

The QA Automation Test Engineer will perform functional, automation, and regression testing, design testing strategies, and ensure compliance with QA policies and standards. The role involves working with technology project managers, professionals, and users to implement testing processes and product rollouts.

Job Responsibility:

Performs functional, automation and regression testing
Designs and implements scripts/plans for application testing strategy/approach
Follows industry quality trends
Ensures project standards and procedures are followed
Monitors products and processes for conformance
Documents findings and performs root cause analyses
Recommends solutions and improvements
Gathers, maintains and reports on quality metrics
Acts as advisor and mentor for junior team members
Analyzes requirements and executes tests
Ensures QA policies and standards are met
Assesses risk in business decisions
Drives compliance with laws, rules, and regulations

Requirements:

4+ years of experience in an IT Quality role
Test Automation experience
API testing
Hands on with Java or any other programming language
Working in Agile environment
