Job Description:

We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a QA Testing Analyst: IV (Lead) in Columbus, Ohio. This role operates in the industry of Information Technology and Services, where your expertise in QA and automation will be highly valued. As a QA Testing Analyst: IV (Lead), you will be instrumental in designing and implementing automation solutions for web-based applications, with a special focus on Salesforce platforms integration.

Job Responsibility:

Design, develop, and implement robust automation frameworks and test scripts for web applications and Salesforce integrations
Conduct functional, integration, regression, and system testing for Salesforce platforms
Identify areas for improvement in test processes, analyze results, and troubleshoot defects
Create and maintain test documentation including test strategies, plans, and data
Participate in requirement reviews to gain insights into functional specifications and provide feedback
Plan and prioritize automation tasks in alignment with project milestones and deadlines
Oversee the end-to-end automation testing process from design to execution and reporting, ensuring Salesforce integrations are properly validated
Analyze test results, identify areas of improvement, and troubleshoot issues in automation scripts
Integrate automation frameworks with CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless and efficient testing cycles
Work with DevOps teams to ensure that automated tests, including those for Salesforce integrations, are part of the build and release processes
Work with scrum teams to plan and execute automation efforts in sprint-based delivery models
Provide training and technical direction to team members on automation frameworks and best practices
Partner with QA, development, and operations teams to integrate automation testing into the software development lifecycle

Requirements:

Salesforce Test Automation experience with webdriver, cucumber, or ruby
Excellent communication skills
Proven sales experience
Proficiency in creating detailed documentation
Expertise in reporting and operations
Strong planning and process planning abilities
High-quality standards and quality assurance skills
Experience in Human Resources (HR) Administration
Ability in design and troubleshooting
Demonstrated leadership skills
Knowledge of security protocols
Experience in implementation and execution of plans
Proficiency in metric reporting
Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodology
Understanding of cloud technologies
Proficiency in integration of systems and technologies
Excellent collaboration abilities
Knowledge of best practices in the industry
Experience in Quality Assurance
Familiarity with Web App development
Experience in the Financial Services sector
Knowledge of REST API
