Job Description:

The Restaurant Manager position oversees daily operations of a company-operated restaurant, ensuring compliance with standards and achieving financial metrics. This is a leadership-oriented role focused on guest service, team performance, and operational efficiency.

Job Responsibility:

Manages day-to-day restaurant operations
provides excellent guest service
recruits, hires, and trains team members
maintains a clean restaurant environment
ensures food preparation meets safety and quality standards
supervises team performance
implements brand campaigns and new product training
monitors cash, sales, and inventory records
communicates with the Restaurant District Manager
completes administrative duties such as schedules, inventory, and reports
ensures a safe environment for employees and guests
provides performance feedback and recognition
trains an Assistant Manager to assume responsibilities in their absence.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years restaurant management experience
proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
valid state Driver’s License
Serv Safe© Manager certification preferred
open availability
excellent communication skills
ability to motivate, coach, and lead team members
acts with integrity and keeps commitments
contagious positive attitude
conflict management skills
ability to lead by example
sense of urgency
team player who works well independently or with others
able to bend, twist, kneel, squat, stand, and walk frequently
occasionally climb and descend ladders
tolerate cold and hot temperatures and work in fryers, ovens, grills, coolers, freezers, and loud environments
reach and manipulate objects for the entire shift
push, pull, lift, and carry frequently up to 10 lbs and occasionally up to 50+ lbs.
