Job Description:

As a Quality Assurance Intern at Baxter, you will support the Quality Manager with key tasks such as managing relabeling activities, handling product complaints, ensuring Field Action communication completeness, and investigating transportation damage.

Job Responsibility:

Manage the local relabeling activities
act as local complaint coordinator to handle product complaints
follow up on replacing/reimbursing complaint samples for customers
follow up on proof of Field Action (FA) communication and ensure monthly reconciliation
register transportation damage in system and coordinate with regional team and plant to complete investigation

Requirements:

Manage the local relabeling activities and ensure the local suppliers refer to the latest version of the relabeling work instructions
act as local complaint coordinator to handle product complaints and work with distributors to forward complaint samples to plant within 30 days from complaint report
follow up on replacing/reimbursing complaint samples for customers and monthly reconcile with supplier's credit note
follow up with distributor/sales team on proof of Field Action (FA) communication and monthly reconcile proof of FA communication against the customer list until completion
register transportation damage in system and coordinate with regional team and plant to complete investigation
