Job Description:

We are seeking a qualified Social Worker to join the Bradford Children and Families Trust as a Quality Assurance Manager. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to improving the lives of children and families within the Bradford community.

Job Responsibility:

Ensure the quality and effectiveness of social work practices within the Trust
Monitor and evaluate performance against key performance indicators
Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance service delivery
Provide guidance and support to social work teams
Conduct audits and reviews of case files and documentation
Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures

Requirements:

Qualified Social Worker with relevant experience
Registration with Social Work England
Proven experience in quality assurance and performance management
Strong understanding of relevant legislation and guidance
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
