Job Description:

Join our client's Technical & QHSE function as a Quality & Compliance Technician! In this pivotal role, you will manage the systems and processes within the Integrated Management System, ensuring that quality objectives are not just met but exceeded. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced individual to dive into the heart of quality systems and drive improvements within a growing medium-sized business.

Job Responsibility:

Measure product quality performance and implement corrective actions
Conduct internal audits in line with the Integrated Management System and ISO accreditations
Maintain and update the Integrated Management System
Ensure all records are meticulously maintained
Foster a strong relationship with auditors
Uphold ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO45001 accreditations
Collaborate with Divisional Managers to ensure product compliance
Stay ahead of legislation and compliance requirements
Assist the Technical Manager with QHSE systems and records management
Oversee the warranty process and Corrective Action Reporting

Requirements:

Proven experience with ISO Management Systems
Previous experience in a quality and/or compliance technician or management role
Proficient with IT packages- Microsoft, Excel and Internal CRM systems
Experience in the lift, engineering, or construction sectors is highly desirable
