Job Description:

The Quality Control Auditor randomly conducts audits of warehouse personnel to ensure high customer service levels. Responsibilities include verifying store orders, inspecting merchandise, and completing audit documentation, among others. The role requires quality control experience, basic math skills, the ability to lift 30 pounds, and familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems and Microsoft Office. Job Responsibility:

randomly conduct audits of all warehouse personnel to ensure customer service
randomly select cases and totes for inspection
verify accuracy of store orders by matching merchandise to invoices
ensure proper packing of orders
use WMS to print orders
select store numbers to be audited
communicate and verify store numbers for transportation
break down store orders for audits
scan store orders using technology
complete store audit forms
palletize orders for delivery
assist in yearly inventory
assist with department housekeeping

Requirements:

1 year quality control, audit, or distribution experience
experience with MS Office applications
must be willing to be certified on all equipment needed to complete job tasks
previous Distribution Center experience preferred
ability to lift 30 pounds
ability to read, write, and count accurately
knowledge of basic mathematics
knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems
knowledge of Microsoft Office
good written and verbal communication skills
high school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
