Job Description:

The Quality Assurance Inspector ensures products and packaging meet quality standards through sampling, testing, and analytical processes. The role involves working within various production environments to sustain Baxter's mission of saving and sustaining lives.

Job Responsibility:

Perform scheduled line checks to verify accurate filling equipment and proper supplies
collect samples and verify quality standards
examine and verify packaging equipment’s performance
conduct integrity testing on produced materials
document exceptions and enter exception data
write and submit changes to Standard Operating Procedures
participate in the validation process for new equipment and processes
calibrate measurement tools when necessary
maintain clean and safe work areas following 6S principles.

Requirements:

High School Diploma,GED or equivalent
must be at least 18 years of age
QT Certification or Workkeys proficiency tests (CRC) with minimum scores of: Level 4 in mathematics, Level 4 in locating information and Level 4 in reading
basic English written and oral communication skills
ability to understand verbal and written safety and quality instructions and comprehend written work instructions
ability to perform basic mathematics
proficiency in the use of measurement tools (Caliper, Micrometer, Ruler, etc.) and basic hand tools
possess or ability to obtain Worksaver Operator Certification.
