Job Description:

As an Estimator/Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for estimating and surveying drywall and fa�ade packages for specific projects. You will produce monthly valuations, manage weekly wage bookings, handle wage queries, price variations, and manage non-recoverable costs. You will also attend regular meetings with clients, suppliers, architects, and structural engineers, ensuring accurate cost control and organizational effectiveness.

Job Responsibility:

Improve Estimating/Quantity Surveying systems and processes
Consult with clients, suppliers, and manufacturers to determine project requirements and address any issues
Produce monthly valuations, control weekly wage bookings, and manage wage queries
Monitor cash collection and report project progress
Seek information from suppliers and manufacturers to ensure accurate cost management
Attend various meetings, including Mid-Tender, Pre-Order, Pre-Start, and Design Team meetings
Stay updated on Health & Safety legislation and other legal requirements
Perform additional tasks as required by the management team

Requirements:

At least 3 years of experience in Estimating/Quantity Surveying
Strong background in construction
Degree-level education preferred
Proactive and flexible approach to work
Experience in internal drylining, screeding, suspended ceilings, lightweight steel framing, insulated render systems, rainscreen cladding systems, and curtain walling
