Job Description:

A well-established main contractor is currently seeking an Intermediate/Project Quantity Surveyor to work on a £30 million commercial office refurbishment and fit-out scheme in Central London. The client is open to candidates capable of leading a project as well as those comfortable working in a support or "number two" role. Strong procurement skills and full project lifecycle experience are preferred, as this project is currently underway.

Job Responsibility:

Procurement
Package management
Handling variations
Conducting valuations
Managing payments
Attending site meetings

Requirements:

Experience in two-stage/PSCA, full project lifecycle, and NEC & JCT D&B contracts is preferred but not essential
Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK
