Job Responsibility:

Preparation of contract documents, including BOQ
manage the cost of projects from conception to completion
preparation of monthly valuations and final accounts
evaluate project variations and manage change
cost forecasting and budget management
liaising with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers

Requirements:

BSc quantity surveying
driving licence
full project life cycle
