Job Description:

A dynamic Building Consultancy in Manchester is looking for an ambitious Quantity Surveyor ready to embrace increased responsibility in a firm that emphasizes professional and personal development.

Job Responsibility:

Manage a diverse portfolio of projects within the residential, mixed-use, and education sectors
Cost estimation
Budget planning
Preparing contracts and tender documents
Financial reporting
Facilitating client and site meetings

Requirements:

RICS accredited Quantity Surveying Degree
2+ years of experience within a consultancy environment
Actively working towards or already achieved MRICS
Strong experience in pre-contract processes
Proven experience on projects within the built environment
