Job Description:

Cogoport is currently looking for an individual who has the mindset of an entrepreneur, understanding of the culture, with a passion for data operations to join our team. Candidate is required to collaborate with cross-functional teams including rates, pricing, operations, and contracts and assist in day-to-day planning, quotation, and execution.

Job Responsibility:

Connect with local and global suppliers to procure rate sheets and handle escalations
Ensure rate coverage and rate density across services for Ocean and Air freight, locals, haulage, and other surcharges
Manufacture and maintain prices for all services on Cogoport platform
For Team Leads - Suggest and recommend changes needed in the product to optimize the rate and price management process

Requirements:

Educational Background: Minimum graduate/diploma in any stream. CSE/B.Tech preferred
Work Experience: Having 0-3 years of experience in a similar role in logistics or any industry
Must Have Skills: Strong problem-solving capabilities- able to conceptualize, organize, simplify, and execute
Outstanding interpersonal skills to be able to coordinate well with various internal and external stakeholders

Nice to have:

Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment, working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
Ability to own projects end-to-end: building out timelines, key milestones, providing regular updates to stakeholders and delivery against agreed upon specs
Multi-tasker who can work with little supervision with a high attention to detail
Above-average time management and organizational skills
Good communication skills – Written and verbal
Strong analytical skills
