Job Description:

Our client is a prominent law firm seeking an experienced Attorney to join the firm's Real Estate Practice Group.

Job Responsibility:

Conducting complex real estate transactions including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and commercial office lease transactions
Delivering creative solutions to clients on various real estate matters, including real estate development, land use, zoning, and environmental issues
Assisting clients with due diligence, negotiation, contract drafting and the closing process
Advising on property management agreements, commercial leases, and other related agreements
Working closely with partners and clients on legal issues related to property titles, environmental law, and other related subjects

Requirements:

Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from an accredited law school
Strong academic record, particularly in law and real estate related courses
At least 4 years of experience as a practicing attorney with emphasis on real estate transactional work
Significant experience in acquisition, disposition, financing, and commercial office leasing
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
Strong legal research skills
Bar membership in good standing
