Job Description:

My Client, a US Headquartered Law firm with offices all over the world are looking to add an experienced real estate finance lawyer to their busy team in London. The REF practice sits within the wider banking & finance team, clients include national/international developers, funds, banks, alternative lenders, issuers and arrangers.

Job Responsibility:

lead real estate finance transactions on behalf of clients
handle investment and development financing across sectors including retail, hotels, healthcare, student accommodation, logistics, leisure and industrials

Requirements:

6+ PQE
qualified in England & Wales or a commonwealth jurisdiction (Australia, New Zealand, South Africa etc)
experience leading real estate finance deals

Nice to have:

general banking & finance lawyers with experience leading real estate finance deals
