Job Description:

As a key member of this firm's Real Estate Team, you will have the chance to work on a diverse portfolio of Residential and Commercial property matters. Including landlord and tenant matters, acquisitions and disposals, secured lending, and providing general commercial property advice. Additionally, you will handle a range of residential conveyancing matters, including both freehold and leasehold transactions.

Requirements:

Proficiency in property law, with the ability to handle a wide range of commercial property and residential conveyancing matters
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships with clients and colleagues
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
Alignment with the firm's vision and culture, promoting a collaborative and inclusive work environment
2-4 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) as a Solicitor
Proven track record in commercial property and residential conveyancing transactions
Demonstrated ability to manage a caseload and achieve defined targets
