We are seeking a diligent Receptionist/Secretary to join our team in Rochester, New York. As part of our team, you will be responsible for a variety of clerical duties, including processing paperwork, answering phone calls, and interacting with customers. This role is crucial to our operations and requires the use of a personal computer for tasks such as reviewing cases and responding to inquiries. This opportunity offers a long-term contract employment.
Job Responsibility:
Handling customer inquiries both over the phone and in person
Efficiently processing and filing paperwork
Using a personal computer to review cases and answer questions
Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions
Answering inbound calls in a detail-oriented and courteous manner
Conducting clerical duties as required, including mailings
Demonstrating basic mathematical skills while performing tasks
Utilizing word processing skills for entry-level tasks
Employing decision-making skills for varied clerical duties
Scanning documents as part of the paperwork processing
Delivering excellent customer service at all times
Following established policies and procedures during execution of tasks
Supervising duties are not a part of this role
Providing support services as needed
Requirements:
Proficiency in Customer Service
Experience in Data Entry
Familiarity with standard Procedures and Policies in an office setting
Ability to manage Answering Inbound Calls promptly and efficiently
Experience in Supervising and coordinating office activities
Knowledge of Medical Coverage procedures, if applicable
Understanding of Pricing and billing processes
Proficiency in Scanning documents and maintaining digital files
Experience in handling Receptionist Duties such as greeting visitors, routing calls, and managing correspondence
Ability to handle Paperwork efficiently and ensure all documents are appropriately filed
Proficiency in performing Clerical Duties such as scheduling appointments, maintaining calendars, and sending reminders
Experience in Filing and organizing documents in a systematic manner
Strong Computer Skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other office software
Good Decision-Making skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Proficiency in Word Processing and creating detail oriented documents
Knowledge of ST Microcontroller, if applicable
Basic Math Skills for handling financial transactions and billing
Experience in providing Support Services to ensure smooth office operations
