Job Description:

Are you a seasoned receptionist who will meet and greet visitors with a smile and warm welcome? Are you immediately available and can commit to working 7.30am - 12.45pm Monday - Friday until August? If so we would love to hear from you!

Job Responsibility:

Provide a professional reception service
Greeting visitors and staff
Answer enquiries received in person, by phone or via emails
Sign visitors in and issue their pass
Keep the reception area clean and tidy, make refreshments for people

Requirements:

Proven experience working within a similar role
Ability to convey information clearly and accurately both orally and in writing
Systematic and thorough working approach with the ability to work independently
Immediately availability and happy to commit to a temporary position
