Job Description:

Robert Half is currently seeking a skilled and articulate Receptionist for a dynamic, creative company in the Miami area. This short-term contract/temporary position offers an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can multitask effectively.

Job Responsibility:

Answering and directing incoming phone calls with professionalism and efficiency
Greeting visitors and ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests
Managing office filing systems and supporting general administrative tasks
Receiving, sorting, and distributing incoming mail according to company procedures
Assisting administrative staff with overflow work, including word processing, data entry, and internet research
Maintaining office supply inventory and submitting orders for supplies as needed
Managing multiple tasks simultaneously with a sense of urgency and prioritization

Requirements:

Excellent customer service and office administration skills
Strong experience with multi-line phone systems (1+ years preferred)
Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office tools
Highly organized with a strong attention to detail
Positive, resourceful, and solution-oriented approach to challenges
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
