Job Responsibility:
Greeting and directing visitors in a courteous and professional manner
managing phone calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate department or individual
scheduling appointments and managing calendars for team members
handling office administrative tasks such as managing office supplies, filing, and maintaining a clean, organized reception area
assisting with mail and package distribution
coordinating meeting room bookings and ensuring necessary arrangements are made
supporting various administrative tasks, including document preparation, data entry, and handling office correspondence
maintaining a secure and welcoming environment for employees and visitors alike
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
additional administrative certifications or training preferred
previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is a plus
excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer-focused attitude
strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively
proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software
ability to maintain professionalism and a positive attitude in all interactions
strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
a friendly, approachable demeanor with a willingness to assist colleagues and visitors
