Job Description:

Robert Half is actively looking for a welcoming and organized Receptionist for our local clients ongoing needs in the area. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a customer-facing role and enjoys being the first point of contact for visitors and clients. The Receptionist will manage front desk operations, greet visitors, handle incoming calls, and provide administrative support to ensure a smooth and efficient office environment. The ideal candidate is personable, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks with professionalism.

Job Responsibility:

Greet visitors, clients, and employees in a friendly and professional manner
Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate person or department
Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and welcoming
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
Schedule appointments, meetings, or conference rooms as needed
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies
Provide support to other departments as requested
Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required
Associate’s degree preferred
Previous experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer service role is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Professional demeanor with a friendly and approachable attitude
Ability to handle a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
