We are looking for a personable and organized Receptionist to be the face of our office and provide exceptional front-desk support. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibility:
Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees with professionalism and a positive attitude
Answer and direct phone calls in a friendly and efficient manner
Maintain a tidy and well-organized reception area
Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person promptly and accurately
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Maintain office calendars and assist in scheduling meetings or appointments as requested
Liaise with various departments to ensure effective communication and coordination
Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and general clerical duties
Requirements:
Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Agent, or in a similar role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment
High level of professionalism and a welcoming demeanor
High school diploma or equivalent required
additional certifications or education are a plus
Nice to have:
Experience with appointment scheduling and office management tools (e.g., Outlook Calendar, Workday)
Familiarity with basic administrative procedures or systems
