Join Our Clients Team as a Receptionist! Are you a cheerful, organised individual looking for your next opportunity? Our client is searching for a dynamic Receptionist to join our vibrant team!

Job Responsibility:

  • General office administration: Filing, organising, and ensuring everything runs smoothly
  • Utilising our company software, (training provided) to raise invoices and purchase orders
  • Chasing arrears from tenants and managing cheque banking
  • Crafting professional correspondence using Microsoft Office and maintaining Excel spreadsheets
  • Engaging with tenants and clients face-to-face and over the phone, creating a welcoming environment
  • Providing support to other branches as needed, especially when colleagues are on holiday or sick

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in typing and Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • A friendly and professional telephone manner
  • A flexible approach to work
