A leading recreational services company is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, the ideal candidate will provide exceptional service and ensure smooth day-to-day operations in the office environment.
Job Responsibility:
Welcome clients, guests, and staff with a friendly and professional demeanor, both in-person and over the phone
answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries with accuracy and courtesy
manage appointment schedules and coordinate reservations for recreational services
maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and welcoming
provide general administrative support, including photocopying, filing, handling incoming/outgoing mail, and data entry
assist customers in-person or via email with questions related to company services, pricing, and seasonal availability
coordinate with internal teams to ensure client services are seamlessly delivered
monitor inventory of office supplies and place orders, as needed
uphold confidentiality standards while managing client records and communications
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED required
associate degree preferred but not required
previous experience in customer service, reception, or administrative roles (1-2 years preferred)
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with scheduling software
strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
knowledge of recreational services or tourism industry is a plus
