Job Description:

We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for a Receptionist in Herndon, Virginia. This role involves providing support for various administrative and front desk duties within the industry. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for our organization and will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations. This position is fully on-site.

Job Responsibility:

Efficiently manage incoming phone calls, ensuring proper routing and prompt responses
Welcome and greet visitors in a courteous manner, providing them with necessary information and guidance
Accurately perform data entry tasks, ensuring all customer records are up-to-date
Provide general administrative support as needed, including maintaining office supplies and coordinating mail distribution
Uphold a professional and organized front office environment to enhance client experience

Requirements:

Must have at least 1 year of experience as a Receptionist
Proficiency in Alpha 6,000 - 8,000 kph is required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks effectively
Proven organizational and administrative skills
Familiarity with office equipment and applications
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
High school diploma or equivalent
Professional appearance and demeanor
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends
Punctuality and reliability are essential
