Job Description:

Robert Half is anticipating the need for a Receptionist to support the front desk operations of a respected organization in Portland. This is a great opportunity for someone with excellent communication skills and prior receptionist experience.

Job Responsibility:

  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls, handle inquiries, and take messages
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Assist with administrative tasks and provide support to other departments as needed

Requirements:

  • Prior experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Representative, or in a similar role
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
