We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an efficient Receptionist in Dallas, Texas. The chosen candidate will handle various tasks, including managing calls on a multi-line phone system, handling confidential documents, and supporting front office operations. Job Responsibility:

  • Answering and directing calls using a multi-line phone system
  • Receiving and sorting mail and deliveries promptly
  • Handling additional assignments as required
  • Managing sensitive and confidential documents with utmost discretion
  • Communicating effectively with the manager and clients regarding job or deadline issues
  • Maintaining updated phone lists for easy access and reference
  • Applying your experience in receptionist duties and switchboard operations to ensure smooth running of front office operations

Requirements:
