Job Description:

We are thrilled to present an exciting opportunity for a motivated and skilled Recruiter who is passionate about joining a growing, international organization. This role offers a dynamic blend of recruiting responsibilities, allowing the recruiter to work closely with the HR department to meet staffing needs and ensure smooth recruitment processes while supporting both the department and employees on various HR-related activities.

Job Responsibility:

Partnering with hiring managers to identify staffing requirements and create job descriptions
Sourcing and interviewing candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and cultural fit
Conducting reference checks and background screening for prospective candidates
Providing candidates with comprehensive details about job responsibilities, benefits, work environment, and company culture
Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including selecting, hiring, and referring qualified candidates
Supporting or conducting new hire orientation and onboarding processes

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
At least 2-3 years of experience in a recruitment role or related HR experience
Bilingual Spanish
Solid understanding of recruitment best practices, employment laws, and regulations
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and HRIS software
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail when handling sensitive information
