Job Responsibility:
Partner closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide customized creative staffing solutions
Source, recruit, and place high-caliber marketing, advertising, and creative professionals, ensuring an exceptional match between client needs and candidate skill sets
Build and maintain a strong network of creative talent through proactive sourcing methods, including referral-generation, networking events, and industry research
Deliver timely, innovative, and strategic solutions to meet urgent client demands while maintaining a high-touch, consultative approach
Collaborate with teammates across the Houston office and beyond to drive revenue growth, strategic client partnerships, and best-in-class candidate experiences
Stay up to date on market trends, industry developments, and competitive intelligence to offer consultative insight to clients and candidates alike
Act as a brand ambassador for Robert Half, upholding our commitment to ethical staffing solutions and maintaining our reputation for excellence
Requirements:
Proven experience in creative recruiting, staffing, or a related field
Strong understanding of the marketing, advertising, and creative industries, along with related skill sets
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with external clients and internal colleagues
Outstanding communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other staffing/recruiting technology tools is preferred
Bachelor’s degree preferred, but a strong track record of success in a similar role is most valuable
