Job Description:

Recruiting staffing assistant position in Bengaluru, Karnataka. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining a comprehensive understanding of client's business needs, HR & Procurement to provide right resources on time, and optimizing staffing models. Requires 5 years of experience and proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.

Job Responsibility:

Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of client's business needs and project requirements
HR & Procurement to provide right resources on time & accurately forecast resource demands
Develop and implement strategies to manage the supply of skilled professionals in alignment with business objectives
Knowledge on market analysis to stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape affecting project staffing
Continuous review and optimize staffing models to reduce costs while maintaining or improving service levels
Highly skilled on MS products - MS Excel for reports and PowerPoint for presentations for senior management on account performance, supply and demand trends
