Job Description:

Randstad is hiring a Recruitment Consultant in the Luton area to support their Construction & Property team. The role includes filling white collar positions, winning new clients, and supporting large clients. Applicants should be positive, driven, and ready for a rewarding, fast-paced recruitment role.

Job Responsibility:

Offer the best experience possible for all candidates working with Randstad's clients
meet with candidates multiple times per week to build new and lasting relationships
achieve or exceed targets
accurately manage payment systems to ensure candidates are paid on time
ensure compliance is met.
