Job Description:

Fantastic opportunity to work as a Recruitment Consultant for Randstad UK in the Education Primary team in Preston. Responsible for managing client accounts, sourcing candidates, developing relationships, and growing a secondary desk in a leading recruitment agency.

Job Responsibility:

Generate old/new client relationships through business development and sales calls
manage current relationships within the business
grow existing client accounts by identifying further sales opportunities
source candidates matched against pre-qualified specifications for clients
write and tailor advertisements specific to client needs
conduct searches via database, incoming applications, job boards, and online tools
build a network of talented candidates to present to market

Requirements:

Recruitment experience
ability to generate client relationships through business development and sales calls
capability to manage current relationships within the business
skills to grow client accounts by identifying sales opportunities
ability to source candidates matched against pre-qualified specifications
skill to write and tailor advertisements
ability to conduct searches via database, job boards, and online tools
