Job Description:

Randstad Digital is looking for a Data and BI Recruitment Consultant to join their team in Brisbane CBD. The role involves leading the client and candidate sales function, providing subject matter expertise, and nurturing client relationships. Candidates will work on a dual desk with support from a dedicated Resourcer to focus on sales and client engagement. Job Responsibility:

Work with top-tier clients, building long-lasting partnerships and helping them secure the best data and BI talent
Driving client relationships
Sales and client engagement

Requirements:

Lead our client and candidate sales function end to end
Provide subject matter expertise within your vertical
The ability to create a customer-focused culture
Nurture and grow client relationships
Talent pooling and market mapping
Experience in working within technology recruitment
You value relationships and understand the importance of them
Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders within the government clients and the broader business to ensure collaboration, partnering and teamwork
