In this role, you’ll connect skilled workers—such as plant operators, road maintenance crews, and concrete workers—with job opportunities in the Cement & Quarry industry.

Job Responsibility:

Connect skilled workers with job opportunities in the Cement & Quarry industry
Build strong client relationships
Visit different client sites and understand their needs to build a workforce

Requirements:

Recruitment experience is ideal (360 agency or temp recruitment preferred) OR Sales experience in construction, property, or a related field
Driven to exceed targets and deliver results
Compliance driven
Valid driver's license
Comfortable with early starts/late finishes
